So I decided to join the Tone It Up community after doing one of the free workouts on the TIU website and not being able to laugh for 3 days because by abs hurt so bad. Clearly these ladies know what they’re doing.
I also may have hated the way I looked at my friend’s wedding this past weekend when my bridesmaid dress kindly informed me that I had gained some weight recently. But that my friends is a whole other story.
I started today out with their signature protein pancake and I have to say, it was pretty good:
I may have overcooked it slightly, but I’ll get the hang of it. I feel full, yet totally light which is always a good way to start the day. I haven’t tried my “Meta-D” yet, and honestly I’m a little scared. For those not on the TIU plan, Meta-D is a drink you have every morning to get your organs/digestion/metabolism moving. It includes some apple cider vinegar among other things. I am determined to follow the plan though and will be drinking it in a few minutes, but that doesn’t mean I’m not scared.
I plan to check in on TIU regularly and hopefully make some great progress towards a fit body by 30! Only a few months to go so I am making a plan.
